Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings must be made through our online system.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Weekly, multi-day, or monthly hires arranged via invoice or payment link.
  • To receive block-booking discounts, bookings must be confirmed and paid in full in advance.
  • Bookings are non-transferable without written permission.
  • Less than 24 hours notice → non-refundable.
  • More than 24 hours → may be rescheduled once (subject to availability).
  • No-shows charged in full.
  • Refunds only issued if The Croydon Space must cancel or close.
  • Access hours: 6 am – 10 pm.
  • Access details provided after booking confirmation.
  • Suitable for therapy, mediation, meetings, and light creative work.
  • Max occupancy: 4 people per room.
  • Cleaning included if room left tidy; otherwise a £25 cleaning charge applies.
  • Users must avoid damage to walls, floors, furniture, and equipment.
  • Subletting or sharing without written consent is not permitted.

🚫 No candles, incense, smoking, vaping, or open flames.
🚫 No alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants.
🚫 No food preparation or strong odours.
🚫 No loud music or disruptive noise.
🚫 No filming or group sessions without approval.
🚫 Do not move furniture without permission.

  • Users are liable for any damage, loss, or breakage.
  • All issues must be reported immediately.
  • The Croydon Space may recover the full cost of repairs or cleaning and invoice accordingly.
  • The Croydon Space is not liable for personal property.
  • Disrespectful conduct or breaches may result in immediate termination without refund.
  • Deposits and Charges
    For certain bookings (e.g. weekly or recurring), a refundable deposit may be requested to cover:
    * Damage to furniture or fittings • Unauthorised guests • Equipment misuse • Lost keys or codes • Excessive cleaning
    Deposits are returned within 7 working days if no deductions are required.
  • Check fire exits on arrival and keep them clear.
  • Only admit those linked to your booking.
  • Maintain professional liability cover if applicable.
  • We use your information solely for managing bookings and access.
  • Data is never sold or shared except where required by law.

Terms and pricing may be updated without notice; the version active at the time of booking applies.

Continued use of our facilities constitutes acceptance in full.
